Michelle the owner and main esthetician of Flornecia was a Doctor in her previous life in Russia. She is fantastic at correcting and helping you maintain glorious skin. She has developed her own products that are all natural "food for your skin". She is extremely professional, warm and gorgeous both inside and out! I look forward all month for my next appointment!

What a great place! I had my facial with Michelle, the owner of this location who turned out to be very thoughtful and honest. I loved my facial and will absolutely go back again. I don't usualy buy a lot of products but I couldn't resist the cleanser that she reccomended. It worked great for my difficult skin type!
I would reccomend Michelle to anyone who wants an excellent facial from a skilled esthetician. GO GO GO!

I am sooo happy that I found Dr. Michelle at Florencia. She is incredible. My skin was a complete wreck and I had gone to several so-called spas in Petaluma and they were no help at all. Then a friend recommended Florencia. For the first time in years I now have clear skin. I feel beautiful. Michelle takes such good care of her clients it's like she there just for me. Every time I see her I leave feeling like a Princess, I'm not kidding and her waxing services....well, lets just say my nether regions are please and so is my boyfriend. My family got together for a photo and everyone thought I had plastic surgery....It's the best thing. Thank you soo much Michelle, you have changed my life and my boyfriend, he's new. teehee.

Michelle is my hero. I have had red blotchy skin for so long and even my Dermatologist was unable to help. On the first visit Dr. Michelle calmed my skin and the redness was gone. She put me on a regimen of her own products and showed me what was wrong with the product that I was using. My husband looks at me like he did when we met. Wow.... he even asks about my appointments and tells me when Michelle calls to confirm my next one. He's sooo cute trying to talk in Michelle's soft Russian accent telling me that my appointment is tomorrow.

Treated by my friend to a facial by Michelle. She is very professional and personable, and the facial was great. I am trying some of her products and am very pleased with them. Looking forward to my next visit to Petaluma. Will definitely visit her spa again.

I always come in for a Brazilian wax and I love it. I have been to many other places over the years but was never satisfied until now. Michelle taught me how to exfoliate properly and what to use. I felt very comfortable and I recommend her to all of my friends.
