Florencia Skin and Body Care operates by appointment only.

Florencia is designed and operated for adult clientele seeking a quiet, tranquil atmosphere. Parents, please make other arrangements for your children while you are Florencia’s guest, unless the child has an appointment.

Please be considerate of other our guests and mute your cell phones and pagers.

Florencia requires 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.

In - Store Return Policies: unopened & undamaged product returns must be accompanied with the receipt within 7 days and will be honored with store credit. Opened products are not refundable and not returnable. Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable.

Gift Certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift Certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash or refund. Florencia does not replace lost gift certificates. In order to redeem a gift certificate, it must be present at the time of redemption.

Shipping Policy: Most orders will ship within 48 hours. Most in - stock items will arrive within 7 - 10 working days. A street address is required. Include your daytime phone number when ordering. Claims and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of shipment. All packing materials must be saved.

Return Policies of shipped items: unopened & undamaged product returns must be accompanied with the receipt within 20 days of purchase and will be honored with store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable, 25% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned items. All returns must be with original package.
